I have stayed there many times for trade shows , good value , no parking charge , good included breakfast
I really enjoyed my sleep. They gave complimentary breakfast, but only 1 complaint, the meat option was pork only products. Perhaps turkey, beef, or veggie meat options would also be a wonderful thing. When I asked for more washcloths, I got them very fast. Their service is excellent! Thanks everyone to the front desk person that helps us with the room situation, the beautiful lady that prepared breakfast, the French man that has been there for 30 years, and the pretty lady that brought me the washcloths. I appreciated everyone! Take care! Thanks!
The lady at the front desk was the nicest lady ever. She truly went above and beyond for us. She let us check in well before the check in time. Offered us breakfast before we were even checked in. And overall being so nice and welcoming. Our group was having a rough start to the day and she helped turn that around. The breakfast was good and it was great that it was a hot breakfast. Rooms were pretty small but for the price you can't complain. A few suggestions for the rooms I would say it needs a latch on the door (not just the door lock) for added safety, a shelf inside the shower to put products on rather than the floor and the towel rack should be lowered as it's way too high for an average hight person to reach. Overall we had a great stay and are happy with the price and the friendliness of the staff
The heater in my room 104 was set at max 29c and it felt like it was blowing 17c not sure if it draws outside air (-18c) Aside from that it’s a pretty good hotel for value. Free parking, Good Free Wifi and Free Breakfast. Breakfast included hot food (nice home fries, scrambled eggs, sausage, ,,) beverages, take away cups etc, just enough to get you on your way. Yeah, I would stay again. Minutes from TCC on Dixon too.
I don’t why it’s rated below 4 or may be I got the upgrade without asking. I stayed a night and the room I got was a great value for the money. Huge room, clean, giant and comfortable bed. Breakfast was average but for me room made up for it.
Great place, very cheap and easier to arrange the hotel bags and suitcases, and the staff and security are extremely nice and kind. Great place to enjoy the suite and food snacks popping up around that area, it's to die for. I fully recommend booking a room at that place, totally worth it.

It's an affordable option that truly goes above and beyond in terms of comfort and service. The hotel's location is perfect, especially for travellers who need quick access to the airport or local attractions like the Woodbine Racetrack and Casino Woodbine. The proximity to the airport and major highways makes getting around the Greater Toronto Area very easy. The rooms were a standout feature – impeccably clean, nicely organized, and very comfortable. It was clear the housekeeping staff takes pride in their work, providing a welcoming and relaxing environment after a long day of travel or activities. One of the best perks was the complimentary buffet breakfast every morning. The selection was diverse, including eggs, sausages, fresh fruit, and all the usual options like toast and cereal, a great way to start the day without extra cost. Finally, the staff truly made the experience memorable. Every interaction, from the front desk to the breakfast area, was met with friendly, professional, and helpful service. Their dedication to guest comfort is a major reason why I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Great value for the price!
For under $100 a night for this great king room was a good deal. The room was clean, comfortable and very functional with fridge, microwave etc. There was a security person sitting in the entrance who was also available to answer questions and the breakfast included was ample. The location is terrific being right across from Woodbine track, casino, theater and mall; I was there for the Boyz II Men concert at the theater and stayed the night. No pool here but is a nice stay otherwise. My only pet peeve are hotels that have no type of shelving in the shower area for soap and other bath items and one of the lamps didn't work/was blown.
